Hi everyone
I have a professional pastry cousin and she teaches me a lot of things ever when I ask her, I love to visit her and help her to prepare the wedding or birthday cakes for her job,she is really good.
After I was definitly a sugar lover, now I eat less and less sugar, hardly ever.... but even if I do not eat sugar I love to prepare it, also I sold in the university sometimes sweets doing myself for have some extra money.
In general I like to cook, salty too, now I am very interesting to healthy food, so I cook always my lunch and dinner and whenever I can, also my bread, snaks, yaghourt, jam etc... like that I know exactly what I am eating, without all the chemical products what big food factories put in all them products.
All my family asks me why I spend so much time cooking bread, vegetable milk, oatmeal cookies, shakes etc , if I could buy them in the supermarket, and yes I spend some time but apart from liking it I think of it as an investment for my health.
